Esarhaddon
In 676 Esarhaddon returned to Phoenicia where he caught Abdi-milkutti of Sidon at 'like a fish'. He had him beheaded along with a co-conspirator Sanduarri king of Kundu and Sissu, and forced the nobles of the two states to wear the heads tied around their necks as they marched through the streets of Nineveh (CAH III/2 pg. 125).
He died on route to his second expedition to Egypt.
